Interior Architecture & Design of Amenity Spaces
Accessible Design Studios was contracted to support the development of Olea eTown, a luxury residential community designed for active adults in Jacksonville, Florida. Our firm was engaged by Crosby Design Group to provide comprehensive interior architecture and design services for the community’s amenity spaces.
Designed as the heart of the community, these shared spaces include a welcoming fireplace lounge, a hands-on craft room, a serene yoga studio, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and flexible areas for group classes and social gatherings. Each environment was thoughtfully planned to promote connection, well-being, and ease of use for residents.
Scope of Work
Accessible Design Studios led the design and documentation of all interior architectural elements within the amenity areas. Our responsibilities included:
Space Planning: Creation of functional, accessible layouts tailored to the needs of active adults.
Custom Millwork Design: Development of detailed millwork that enhances both aesthetic character and practical use.
Finish Selections: Curation of material and color palettes that communicate warmth, sophistication, and durability.
Lighting Specifications: Selection and coordination of architectural and decorative lighting to support comfort, atmosphere, and spatial definition.
Our approach prioritized cohesion, usability, and design longevity—bringing life and personality to the community’s core gathering spaces.
Collaborative Acknowledgment
