Accessible Design Studios was born from the belief that great design should be inclusive, thoughtful, and rooted in purpose. Our founder, Joscelin Mackey, started this firm with more than just a vision for beautiful interiors—she saw a need to create spaces that reflect the diverse ways people live, work, heal, and connect. As one of only a few Black women registered interior designers in Georgia, Joscelin built this company to be a reflection of her values: equity, excellence, and heart. 

        What began as a solo pursuit has grown into a dynamic, family-driven design firm based in Fayetteville, Georgia. We’re a team of passionate creatives, problem-solvers, and community-minded professionals who care deeply about the people we serve. From the very beginning, relationships have meant everything to us. Whether we’re designing a medical office, a neighborhood salon, or a calming spa retreat, our process always starts with listening—really listening—to what our clients need. Our work is rooted in care. Not just care for how a space looks, but for how it functions, how it feels, and how it supports the people who move through it every day. We believe design should be intuitive and accessible—never exclusive. That belief shapes every decision we make, from the materials we choose to the way we guide clients through construction and beyond.

         Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of helping small businesses grow, helping wellness spaces thrive, and helping leaders turn their visions into reality. And through it all, we’ve stayed grounded in who we are: a team that shows up with integrity, creativity, and a little humor when it’s needed most. We’re serious about our craft, but never too serious to celebrate the milestones, the breakthroughs, or the joy that comes from seeing a space come alive.
